About Neil: Neil used to be the city entertainer within the capital’s walls. He would use his cards and some help from Illusion magic he mastered to trick people into thinking he does magic with cards. Well, he did magic, just all the audience saw was in their own heads, images around them or just help from time. Neil once tried to get into the minds of a thousand people in the town square of the capital, however, he used too much of his magic, and that’s when he got the mark on his eye that changed color that same time. After that he decided to stop tricking people, and just teach students their ways in Wormingshire. That’s not to say he’s given up entirely on using his magic for mischievous purposes. Neil is a trickster by nature, difficult to get along with because of his tendency to mock and disturb other people.
